Friday Docket Call in 426th

Please see statement below from Judge Duskie's office

FOR THE 426^TH COURT ONLY:

For the next quarter --- Friday docket call will be in person – no email announcements

Additionally, on Wednesdays from 8:30 to 9:00 Judge Duskie and I will be in the courtroom – if any attorney needs to speak directly with either of us or if they have any agreed orders or such that do not require a record – they are free to walk in.

The Bell County Bar Association will be receiving the 2026 Deborah G. Hankinson Access to Justice Award for Division 1 at the Bar Leaders Conference in Houston on Friday, July 24th.  This award is named for the former Texas Supreme Court Justice, Deborah G. Hankinson, to honor Texas bar associations that expand access to justice through their activities and financial support.

I would like to thank all of you who assist with our Veteran's Clinics and make this possible for us to be recognized.
