The Bell County Bar Association will be receiving the 2026 Deborah G. Hankinson Access to Justice Award for Division 1 at the Bar Leaders Conference in Houston on Friday, July 24th.  This award is named for the former Texas Supreme Court Justice, Deborah G. Hankinson, to honor Texas bar associations that expand access to justice through their activities and financial support.
